By booking a consultation with DiamondZee Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding our appointment-based service.

• Duration: Appointments are scheduled for up to 1 hour.
• Format: Consultations are available virtually (via video call) or in person, by prior arrangement.
• Availability: Appointments are held during our business hours, as stated on our website or booking system.
• Cost: All standard consultations are free of charge.
• Stock Notice: No jewellery is held in stock or brought to consultations. Pieces are shown by image, video, or sourced on approval after your appointment, based on your preferences.

Once you request a consultation through our website, you will receive a confirmation email with the agreed time, date, and method (online or in person). Please ensure you provide accurate contact details to avoid delays.

We understand that plans change.

• There is no charge for cancellations.
• However, as a courtesy, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• You can do this by replying to your confirmation email or contacting us directly at help@diamondzee.co.uk.

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.

You may upload files (e.g., inspiration images) via our contact form ahead of your consultation. These are used only to help us understand your preferences and are treated with care and confidentiality.

Booking a consultation does not place you under any obligation to purchase. The session is a relaxed, no-pressure opportunity to explore your ideas, learn about your options, and ask questions.
