Delivery and Returns for UK Customers


DiamondZee premium service as standard ensures you will receive your handcrafted jewellery beautifully wrapped and with all relevant documents, grading reports and warranties included. For your peace of mind, we offer a free and fully insured delivery service straight to your doorstep.

How long will my item take to arrive?
All DiamondZee collections take time to meticulously craft, set and polish following your exact specifications. Every piece is hand made to order so delivery timescales will reflect that.

Lead times for DiamondZee made to order products

  • Classic rings and jewellery will take up to 3 – 4 weeks to be completed.
  • Diamond-set rings and jewellery (such as halos, trilogies, or vintage designs) can take up to 6 weeks to be completed.

Bespoke pieces will have varying time scales depending on the specifics of the piece. We will always aim to be able to provide your CAD drawings within a few days, and then once the design is proceeded, we will provide you with a delivery timescale

You’ll receive an exact delivery date once we complete and then dispatch your item. However, if at any point in the process you would like an update, please just contact us with you order number and postcode.

How will my item be delivered?
Once your item is ready, we will send it via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, fully insured and free of charge. For security reasons, there will be no indication of what the parcel contains. If you ordered your jewellery for a surprise proposal or gift, you can rest assured the item will be delivered discreetly at your convenience.

What about VAT and import duties?
You will be charged your local VAT rate of (20%) directly at checkout. No import duties apply here for UK customers.

Returns Information

You can return an item to us within 14 days from receipt for either exchange or refund providing that the product is unused, and in the condition that it arrived in, including any packaging. The only exceptions to this are any items that are engraved, feature cut patterns or any bespoke items. Wedding rings outside of standard sizing also cannot be returned (L – W).

You are responsible for postage costs associated with returning your item(s). We would advise that your item(s) are returned using a tracked service to ensure they reach us safely. Also NO USE OF THE WORD DIAMOND is acceptable on any posted items. Pease use company name as DZ LTD.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item then please contact us first and we will arrange to send you a free returns label.

Please note returns can take up to 7 working days to be processed from the date we have received them.

You may contact us within your 14 day cooling off period to cancel your order. If after 14 days you have any queries or wish to make changes to your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

Bespoke items, including engraved or cut patterned pieces are not covered by our 14 day cooling off period.
